The Official Keeping Up Appearances Fan Club & Forum
Welcome to the Bucket residence (that is pronounced 'Bouquet'). To get full access to my house please log in or create an account, that way I will be assured that you are a truly superior person, who will not brush against my wallpaper! Don't forget to take your shoes off, as stains on my wood block flooring are a pain to remove.

By the way, Harold Snoad who is the director of Keeping Up Appearances, is our resident celebrity. That will show Mrs Barker-Finch who really has friends in high places!

Best Wishes,

Hiya,
I'm Nigel,I live in Victoria,Australia and I love all comedy but in particular British comedy, and Keeping Up Appearances is one of my all time favorites, here in Australia we have a pay tv company called Foxtel and they have just started showing repeats of the whole series right from the very first episodes and although I have a few episodes on DVD it is fabulous to be able to watch my favorites again,Keeping Up Appearances was brilliantly written and acted and I believe is amongst the very finest British comedy ever produced.
I hope my contributions will prove worthwhile and I'm happy to be a member of the forum.
Cheers from downunder.
N'oz

Thank you so much for the warm welcome,I promise to remove my shoes when I enter the chat and I will be careful of the Royal Doulton with hand painted periwinkles and even though I may weigh only a little less than Onslow I will shave and wear a clean shirt. Laughing

Well, as usual, our weathermen are changing their minds every day!! We were originally told we would have a white Christmas but now its turned milder and they're saying it will be one of the warmest ever!! Laughter
